It appearance are similar to that of a pimple and are always pus filled.
There is another type of “acne” which is called carbuncles. These are painful clusters of boils formed underneath your skin also caused by inflamed hair follicles.

3 Simple Steps To Clearer Smooth Bums
1. Exfoliate every day. Exfoliating helps cell turnover. Scrubbing every day does not mean leaving your skin red and sore. 2. Salicylic acid cleanser. Use a mild cleanser formulated with salicyclic acid to cleanse butt area. Salicylic acid deep cleansing action will help unclog pores, removing sweat and grime better compared to regular soap. Massage area and try to leave this on for few minutes to reap its benefit.
3. Glycolic solution moisturizer. Glycolic acid has serious benefits for skin and can do wonders to lighten skin pigmentation and dark spots. It smoothed the appearance of lines, wrinkles and brightens skin. Use this 2-3 times per week but moisturize every day with skin nourishing cream.
These methods are targeted at acne, rough skin and pigmentation. You may not need all, feel free to omit any step.
Keep those buttocks clean. Minimize the use of sweaty pants and underwear which traps moist and can be a breeding ground for bacteria. Try to shower post workout and change into clean new clothes
Basically maintaining a good hygiene is utmost important to combat problem skin and blemishes.
